Windows users have been having to deal with a lot of issues with D3 over the last year and a half. With any luck those assumptions are correct.
They’re probably assuming it’ll be here on Tuesday because the Pop-Up PTR has ended, and the thread has unceremoneously been unpinned, indicating that they have a fix and are likely going to deploy it this week as the PTR ended back on 8/16.
